1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to SevaPath ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SevaPath's website, product of KG Safety & Decor mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SevaPath brand of KG Safety & Decor operates as a digital platform that facilitates the offering of Pitrdaan, Shraddha Bhoj (cooked meals), and Seedha (raw ingredients) to Pandits on behalf of users during Amavasya and other auspicious occasions. Our mission is to help individuals fulfill their dharmic obligations with sincerity and respect.

2. Service Description

Nature of Service: SevaPath acts as an intermediary platform that coordinates the preparation, offering, and distribution of traditional meals and ritual ingredients to qualified Pandits across various locations in India.

Service Components:

  • Coordination of meal preparation according to traditional requirements
  • Respectful offering of meals/ingredients to verified Pandits
  • Documentation and confirmation of seva completion
  • Optional video blessing services
  • Customer support and order management

Quality Standards: We maintain strict quality standards in meal preparation, use fresh ingredients, and ensure all offerings are prepared with proper hygiene and traditional methods.

3. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and order placement, including but not limited to name, contact details, location, and any specific requirements.

Timely Ordering: Orders must be placed before the specified deadline (typically 1 day before Amavasya by 6:00 PM IST) to ensure proper coordination and preparation.

Payment Obligations: You agree to pay all charges associated with your orders at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners.

Respectful Intent: Users acknowledge that this service is intended for genuine religious and cultural purposes, and the intent (shraddha) behind the offering remains the user's spiritual responsibility.

4. Our Responsibilities and Commitments

Service Delivery: We commit to preparing and offering your chosen Bhoj or Seedha to qualified Pandits with sincerity, respect, and adherence to traditional protocols.

Quality Assurance: All meals are prepared using fresh ingredients, following proper hygiene standards, and respecting traditional recipes and preparation methods.

Documentation: We provide confirmation of seva completion through photographs and detailed reports within 24-48 hours after the offering.

Distribution Ethics: We maintain our commitment to offer no more than 5 thalis to any single Pandit to preserve the personal and meaningful nature of each offering.

5. Spiritual and Religious Disclaimer

Spiritual Outcomes: While we offer the Bhoj and Seedha with complete sincerity and respect, we explicitly state that spiritual outcomes, religious merit (karmaphal), and the fulfillment of religious obligations depend entirely on the user's intent, faith, and personal dharma.

Role as Facilitator: SevaPath serves as a facilitator and coordinator, not as a guarantor of spiritual results, religious fulfillment, or divine blessings.

Religious Guidance: Users are encouraged to consult with their spiritual advisors or religious authorities for guidance on religious practices and obligations.

6. Service Limitations and Restrictions

Geographic Scope: Our services are currently available for offering at various locations across India. International service expansion may be considered in the future.

Capacity Constraints: Service availability is subject to capacity limitations and advance booking requirements. We reserve the right to limit orders during high-demand periods.

Weather and Circumstances: Service delivery may be affected by extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other authorized methods.

Pricing: Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. Nakad Daan is voluntary with a minimum of ₹51.

Payment Security: We do not store card details. Payment processing is handled by certified third-party gateways.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service Liability: Our liability is limited to the refund of service charges under qualifying cases. Maximum liability shall not exceed the service amount paid.

Exclusion of Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or spiritual consequences arising from service use.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays due to uncontrollable factors like natural disasters or government restrictions.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

  • Using the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Tampering with the platform or its security
  • Damaging our brand, services, or partner relationships
  • Violating local or national laws

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and intellectual property on SevaPath belong to SevaPath or its licensors. Usage is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant updates. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015, in New Delhi, in English.
