Orders can be cancelled up to 1 day before Amavasya by 6:00 PM IST. This deadline ensures that we have sufficient time to adjust our preparations and commitments with local coordinators and Pandits.

If there are genuine issues with service delivery due to circumstances within our control, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include offering credit for future seva or, in exceptional cases, a refund.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent us from fulfilling your seva, we will offer a full refund or reschedule to the next available Amavasya.
