Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled up to 1 day before Amavasya by 6:00 PM IST. This deadline ensures that we have sufficient time to adjust our preparations and commitments with local coordinators and Pandits.

After Deadline Cancellations

Once the cancellation deadline has passed, your Bhoj or Seedha is committed for offering, and refunds are not possible. This is because:

  • Ingredients have been procured specifically for your offering
  • Arrangements with Pandits have been confirmed
  • The preparation process has begun
  • Commitments to local coordinators are in place

How to Cancel

To cancel your order within the allowed timeframe:

  • Contact us immediately at help.sevapath@gmail.com
  • Include your order details and contact information
  • Cancellation confirmation will be sent within 24 hours

Refund Processing

For eligible cancellations:

  • Full refund of the service amount
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed

Service Issues

If there are genuine issues with service delivery due to circumstances within our control, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include offering credit for future seva or, in exceptional cases, a refund.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent us from fulfilling your seva, we will offer a full refund or reschedule to the next available Amavasya.
